In 2011, charities such as Canine Companions for Independence www.cci.org, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Partners in Health, The Miami Project for spinal cord injuries, and Lift Me Up! (therapeutic horseback riding program) in Great Falls, Virginia, received donations. Since it's founding in 1998, more than $70,000 has been raised and donated to charity.
